Super fast delivery. Excellent product. What else can I get from these folks?

The website says that the IMG dark cherry medicine cabinet has a door that can open on both the left and the right, depending on your bathroom's layout. We just received the product; however, you cannot change the side that the door opens on without refabricating the inside of the cabinet yourself. We called Faucet Town USA and explained the problem. They said they would call the manufacturer in Canada and have someone from the manufacturer call us about the situation. We are still waiting to hear from the manufacturer. If we have to end up sending this back, we will pay a lot of money to ship it to Canada. We were advised that it could cost $80 or so to mail it from the U.S. to Canada due to the size and weight. So if you don't want one that opens from the left side, do not order this.

When I was searching for a toilet seat in black I looked at a few on line and for the quality and price you can't beat faucet town. It looks great quality is nice and free shipping it came before estimated time. Thank you

good product and service

I tried to order a soap dispenser from the giant online retailer. They didn't have it in stock( 2 to 5 week wait) so I searched the net to find one. Found it at Faucet Town USA, in stock and at almost half the price. Purchasing was flawless and shipping was fast. Bookmarked Faucet Town USA for all future kitchen/bath projects.

The item was well packaged and arrived on the expected day.
