Faucet Town USAReviews of faucettownusa.com

not only did this faucet ship faster than expected (2 days), customer service sent e-mails to keep me informed.

Easy process, Quick delivery and product as described.

I ordered an elongated wooden toilet seat with brass fittings. Arrived a day early, was less expensive than other exactly the same. This will be my go to company for related items, from now on.

Quick shipping, product was on point.

Good price, fast shipment, everything as expected.

I would say they were on par if not better than Amazon. The Dawn DSQ2816 sink was shipped with care and in lightening fast speed (arrived in 2 days). I wished they carried the faucet we wanted just so that we could order from them again. Until next time...

My rating reflects the delivery method and condition, not the product. My delivery arrived yesterday with the box mangled and totally open, with half the box just left leaning up against the other half. I haven't yet been able to inspect it thoroughly and am just hoping none of the parts fell out of the box. Wish me luck.

I am extremely impressed with this company and the product. The woman who handled my order was fast, efficient and more than willing to go out of her way to find exactly what I was looking for. She said the order would arrive in approximately 4 days and it did! Couldn't believe it. Usually, you are lucky if an order shows up in 10 days to 2 weeks. I would recommend this company to anyone. I think others will be as impressed as I am.
