First off I would like to say I love fat brain toys. Generally they are good quality well made items. We have bought lots of fat brain toys in the past and last year we invested in the air toobz. We have bought the main set as well as all the accessories available to buy in the uk which has totalled nearly £300… our main unit broke which means we can’t use it at all and all the bits that go with it are now useless too. I emailed customer services asking if it would be possible to buy a new unit rather than a whole set again and no response. Really disappointing as it’s a well loved toy here but I’m now hesitant to invest anymore money into a company that can’t even reply to an email.

Customer service non existent. Had seen a few toys I would love for my son from this brand and was really excited when we won an Instagram giveaway prior to Christmas 2025 but unfortunately after several attempts to contact the company I have been unable to claim the prize and it has put me off spending any money with the company as it shows that their customer service is very poor

Received 3 personalized name puzzles. All 3 of them have the same amount of letters in the name. Two of them had s 3 inch space between the first letter of the name and the last letter of the name. The third name puzzle had less than 1 inch space on each end. Very noticeable different. Fat Brain said that is how the computer selected it and nothing they can do about it.

I recently bought the Air Toobz set for my 2 boys aged 5 & 7 and they absolutely love it! Personally no issues with delivery or quality its a good product.

Shockingly bad company they wont respond to any of my emails, half my items got cancelled over a month ago still no refund and the other half got sent out a month late

Unfortunately my experience hasn’t matched what’s being advertised here. Paid for expedited international delivery, missed delivery date, no customs notice, no delivery made, and the parcel is being returned. Currently being refused a full refund despite non-delivery. Hoping this can be resolved properly. Also meant to add: customer services were about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. Wouldn’t even read the information I placed in front of them

Ordered Xmas gift Dec 2 and was never notified gift was lost. If I hadn’t checked company would have never notified me. Then to top it off (Diane) was rude on the phone and said “well we sent you the tracking info” no sorry no nothing. Very poor customer service!!

Managed to get some hyped air toobz kids toy for my daughter...However the order has been cancelled... apparently due to "suspicious" order. however looking on facebook it seems others are in the same boat... Woke up this morning and they have taken money from my account even though order is cancelled.. assuming contacting my bank will be the next step to chargeback... absolutely no communication from their social media accounts/contact form.
