The nurse was great who administered my Covid test. Better communication is needed as you where the office is located. It was difficult to find. It took nearly 20 min to locate the office.

Test was quick and done. Finding the office- not so much. Google maps routes you to the front office building, while this office is located in the back office building. Once I was able to figure that out, everything was great!

It was fine, quick and professional. But too expensive..

The testing was fast and the place was clean, however we weren't allowed to stay inside while trying to book an uber, which honestly wouldve been super simple for them to allow.

It was quick and we were asked to wait outside for results. Also wanted an additional $5 for a printed copy. We had to take a taxi from the strip with added to the expense of the test. Rapid antigen was $89 which is reasonable considering some of the prices on the strip. Still overpriced in comparison to other countries!!

On the positve side: Great service. On time. Nice people. Easy to book. Lots of availabilities. On the negative side: Quite expensive. Results came in in more than 30 minutes. Had to pay in advance.

The technician was Excellent! She was working alone and thought she should have had someone with her to help. Given the price charged for a simple antigen test @ $89USD / $117 CDN - this is overpriced / money grab...in Canada, test only costs $40 Canadian dollars
