System error, false dispute, and no accountability
1 star: Terrible experience – system error, false dispute, and no accountability. I made a purchase on September 8, 2026. My Amazon Pay receipt shows the transaction as Completed with $0.00 refunded. However, FastSpring's system falsely reported a "dispute" to the merchant (Supercell), which resulted in my store account being banned. FastSpring's Risk Team later confirmed in writing that the restriction was lifted. But when I contacted Supercell, they refused to lift the ban, claiming a refund was confirmed — contradicting my Amazon Pay receipt. I am stuck between two companies giving contradictory information. FastSpring has not corrected its error or provided a Dispute ID. I am not asking for compensation; I am asking for fairness and a corrected record. Update: FastSpring's reply asks me to submit my details through a form that creates a new ticket, instead of linking my review to my existing case #01865611. This is not helpful. I am formally requesting a direct link or method to reply to Case #01865611, without creating a new ticket. I do not want to start over from zero. Please provide the Dispute ID and date you claim exist, or correct your records and issue a clearance to Supercell. Update (Sept 2026): I have escalated this to Amazon Pay Executive Customer Relations as a formal Compliance Violation & Consumer Harm Notice. This is not an isolated case. FastSpring's strategy relies on customer exhaustion — automated replies, blaming third parties, and waiting for the customer to give up. Supercell's own support confirmed that the chargeback was requested by FastSpring (the payment provider), not by the bank. This is a systemic practice, not a mistake. Update (Oct 6, 2026): Despite Supercell’s claims of resolving account restrictions, a comparative live test across multiple accounts proved that my primary account remains soft-locked on the Supercell Store. Supercell continues to refuse delivery of the $1.99 "Tiny Trail" item or provide a valid Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) for the alleged refund, while FastSpring retains the funds. This confirms misleading commercial practices. The dispute is now being formally submitted to the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (FCCA) and the U.S. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
