They did exactly what they promised to do for the listed price. They got my wife her first passport in one week, and hold times on the phone were acceptable.

Very simple once you’re given the instructions. The customer care operator was very helpful as it was my first time applying for a passport. Fast and efficient and will highly recommend to others.

I am more than satified with our service!! We needed our passports within a 2 weeks and the Post Office agent forgot to put the $170 check in the sealed envelope. My passport was suspended by the US State Dept which then risked us getting them in time. I was contacted by FastPort and told that they would send the check over by courier and give a free upgrade to the fastest level of service. I received my passport in less than a week. So extremely grateful for their kindness and timely service. Definitely give them an A+++!!
