Fastport Passport has truly been great to me! At first I was worried that I would miss my trip, but after speaking to a helpful representative on the phone I was finally at ease. After following the easy steps on the checklist, my new passport arrived in time so I wouldn't have had to waste thousands of dollars on my non-refundable vacation. Thank you Fastport Passport - you guys are magical!

Only after paying, mailing in the required documents, did I suspect - did I just get scammed? - I, like most, did a quick search on Google and this was the first site. I emailed them with my suspicion and was replied to immediately. When my docents did finally reach them I received my IDP in the mail, literally 4 days after mailing in the requirements myself. It was the fastest turn around I've experienced and I would recommend Fastport Passport to anyone! Great service!

This was a very easy way to renew our passports once we found out that we needed them in a hurry. All you do is follow the step by step process, very important, and they were back to us in less time than we thought. Greta web site and great service!

I walked into the coney island location last week Monday with my child who needed a passport for Israel this coming weekend. The passport arrived on time as promised i payed for the 2 day service just to be safe and it worked very nicely. Thank you for being part of the community and taking care of our family.

Last minute my heart was racing when i found out my passport expired 4 days prior to our Honeymoon trip to FIJI. I tries the post office for 3 hours they were no help. I could not get an appointment at my regional passport agency in time. I found Fastport online i read some reviews spoke with an agent and they assured me my passport was going to be processed on time. I paid $299 for the service well worth the cost. I 1st overnighted my passport to the Philadelphia branch and the passport was shipped back to me the same evening. I picked it up in my airport at 11pm. WOW!!!

A really good user experience right from ordering the service online to speaking with a passport specialist. I spoke with Naomi she was on point. I had a passport card but needed the passport book to fly. They sent me over the correct checklist to follow I shipped in my documents and the passport book and card was back in my hands Saturday morning. Very professional outfit. Good job and thanks again will share with others.

Friday evening I realized that my passport was expired and I was about to leave for a 3 week trip to New Zealand on Tuesday. I contacted Fastport, and I had my renewal by Monday night. Steven, Sam, and particularly Eric were great. They walked me through all the steps so there were no mistakes, and Eric worked through the weekend tomatoes sure it would work out. Also, Eric treated my renewal as if it were really important to him, and kept me informed throughout the process. This is a first rate operation
