Busy working mom always leaving things till the last minute. We had a trip planned to the Bahamas and I pulled out my passport weeks ago and it was valid. I called spoke with Steven he guided through the process in 20 minutes. I shipped out my passport 48 hours later the passport was at my office waiting it literally felt hot. Thanks again the Bahamas was amazing and a much needed vacation.

I am writing to tell you that I had an absolutely wonderful experience with one of your employees last week, Samantha Fontanella. I had an urgent need for a passport for my son, and I called 5 different places to see if I could get one in just over 42 hours. As you can imagine, I was frantic. After a number of people were rude or short or unable to commit to helping me, I found Sam. The minute I called and spoke with Sam, she was both reassuring and professional. She walked me through the steps I needed to take and was available to me late into the evening and early in the morning for the next 3 days. She was competent but also extremely personable, a combination that is rare but very valuable. Needless to say, we just got back from our trip (with our son in tow!) and I truly feel I have Sam to thank.
