Sam was my passport specialist that I worked with. I was very nervous heading into the process, but Sam kept me calm throughout the entire time. I was rejected by the state department TWICE and Sam & her team diligently worked with them to ensure I got my passport. I cannot thank her enough as embark on my first trip to Mexico!

I was very impressed with the service we received for the expedited International Driving Permit. My boss is leaving out of the country on Sunday, and they worked over the phone with me to get the paperwork in on time. They even contacted me after the permit had been received, which put any worries I had to rest. My friend and I decided to take a last minute vacation. Being that I don't travel often, I assumed my birth certificate and drivers license would be sufficient for my travel - I was wrong! Luckily I found this out a week before the trip and not at the airport. After doing some research online I found fastport passport. They were really helpful and got the job done.
