Steve corresponded with me (on a Saturday) to walk me through a rush passport renewal. He answered all questions and gave clear, concise directions. My passport arrived the next business day as promised. My trip was not delay one second. Thanks Fastport Passport. I will recommend to anyone who is in the same predicament.

I travel a lot for business and I found out by some chance my passport needed to have 6 months of passport validity for my next trip to France. I said ok no problem went to the post office they did not even pick up my calls. Tried to make an appointment at a regional agency but I knew I didn't have the time. I found many online expedited companies online. I did my research and spoke with Fastport and felt comfortable. I ordered a 2 day service. They even told me my photos were not right and I emailed them new ones. I have the passport in hand this past weekend. I'm very happy. Thank you

This service is definitely a life saver. I wouldn't have been able to go on my trip if it wasn't for these guys. I had no idea that I would have to wait 4 - 6 weeks to get my passport through the post office.. I received my passport in less than a week using Fastport Passport, and everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone that needs their passport in a hurry.

All I can say is that if you follow what they tell you to do it will work out.Sam was exceptional .I normally do not right reviews but this warranted it .

I would highly recommend Fastport Passport to a fellow citizen in need of an expedited passport. The representative I spoke to on the phone was friendly, knowledgeable and committed to getting me my passport ASAP.

Five days before I'm supposed to leave for my life long trip to Ireland and I just realize my passport expired. I get ahold of Samantha who worked magic. She and Eric had my passport to me in less than 48 hours. This has been the best experience of my life in terms of customer service.

They must be british, they called me as soon as they received my app. and told me clearly what they can do and what they cannot do. Still they pulled off a miracle and got my passport renewal done in record time.
