I have been in the service industry for over 15 years and some companies are fly by night and some are the real deal. Fastport is a real company that got my passport expedited in 3 days including return shipping. I must say i was really nervous i live in the mid west and had to overnight my documents to New York. I read a bunch of reviews and Fastport's reviews seemed to be above par and spread out over a long time. This is what you want to look for when researching a service company, years in business and the webutation of an online provider. I spoke with Nicole my 1st time and when i called back i spoke with another representative in their Florida office to go over my documents and everything seemed in order. They do have a checklist to follow when you place your order, but when your nervous you want to reach out and speak with someone. You do need to call during their business hours to get a live rep. The midnight call didn't work for me. Listen im happy i have my passport on time. I would have no hesitation recommending Fastport Passport to my friends, family and business associates. Thank again

I was flying to Japan the next day and I realized I had left my passport on the other side the US. I emailed Fastport Passport and called Samantha and she helped me catch that flight! Thank you guys so much!

I was packing for a vacation on a Friday only to discover my passport was expired! Problem was- I had a Tuesday 6am flight. What to do? I called Samantha who I would like to call "Superwomen" and she managed to get my passport delivered to me by 7pm Monday night. Now if that isn't service I do not know what is. Fastport passport is a wonderful company. They definitely helped me in a time of need. I was lucky to have a specialist named Samantha to help me. My daughter was leaving on Wednesday for a business trip to Mexico , and lost her passport the Friday BEFORE, and was frantic! I don't write reviews unless I am fully satisfied with service or had horrible experience. In this case I think its important to share my positive experience. After researching about the same day passport service on internet we found Fastport Passport and called Sam. She was very thorough with instructions and also very quick in responding your questions via email, text or call. All forms were ready to be filled out online and they provided a checklist which made things a lot easier but It's really important to exactly follow their checklist and required papers. Otherwise the goverment passport agency will not be able to process/delay a passport. We hand delivered the filled passport form on Sunday and received my daughter's new passport on tuesday morning at 7:30. We couldn't have been happier. If you are looking for a fast and reliable service for passport, I would highly recommend Fastport Passport.

A lack of planning on our part doesnt necessarily make an emergency on theirs, buy they sure come through when you need them.
