I am 62 lived in US all my life. Worked, raised a family, paid taxes, never got in trouble, even meet President Reagan at the White House. But the State Department put a hold on my passport. Why? Because I was adopted and the state that issued my birth certificate sealed the file and my birth certificate doesnt have a time of birth on it. Also was issued one year after my birth. I had 3 days before I was suppose to leave. Panic!!! Sam called and called me, emailed me. Told me what the State Dept wanted but I am the oldest living family member and have NO records from my childhood. She talked to me, told me what to look for and found some items online. Sent Fedex overnight. After they got the package my old church called and sent me my baptismal certificate from 1963. Yes I am old. I called Sam back and sent her the copy of it. Got home tonight and email from Sam - passport is in Fedex and should be here in morning. I leave Sunday. Without her and Fastport Passport, I would have had to cancel my trip. No question about it. Best money I ever spent. I get to spend 7 days with my beautiful daughter in the Bahamas. Cant say enough good things about Sam and Fastport Passport. Though I spoke with Sam mostly Eric is the person who got my passport. Thank you to both of them.

Two days prior to depature i pulled out everyones passport and mine was the only one expired 8 months ago. I guess i read it wrong but i was out of my mind when i realized this. I called the post office and my regional passport agency and they could not help me until after the new year. I was in a complete panic i remember my friend from work using a passport expediting company and he turned me on to Fastport. Let me tell you i told them my situation and in a half an hour fedex was at my door picking up my application to bring to them. They processed it the next business day and sent it back to my local airport. I picked it up and made my flight at 6am. Iam so excited you guys made a Xmas miracle happen.

Emergency service via Sam was beyond amazing. New passport was just picked up: 1 day after we Fed Exed the old passport and paperwork. I don't think any other service could do as well. Highly recommend.

I did my passport the incorrect way the first time and they walked me through all the steps I needed to take to redo my application though it was tedious I was able to get my passport within two days. Sam was great she was straight forward with very clear instructions if it wasn't for her I don't know if I would've been able to go but fast port passport is the best!

I was just naturalized (became an American)...of course when they do this they take away your green card. I had no passport and had to get out of the country for plans I had already made....Steven's team is phenomenal. I chose the type of service I wanted and it actually came in right on schedule even with Thanksgiving holidays! Just a fantastic service, sent all my materials in on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, received my new passport on Friday for my flight on Sunday. Amazing turnaround time! Yes it's expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for.

I won a last minute contest with my company to take a cruise to Cozumel! I needed my passport fast, and thanks to Sam's help and check in emails,I was able to relax and let them do all the work while I dreamed of sand between my toes! Thanks Fastport Passport!
