My passport needed to be renewed because the country I was traveling to (short notice request by my company) required at least 6 months of validity. My company asked me to travel on Friday by giving me notice on Monday so needless to say I was panicked. I cannot say enough about how happy I am I found Fastport Passport. They assigned an emergency specialist, Sam F, who walked me through the whole process. I shipped my passport and paperwork Tuesday morning and I received my renewed passport Thursday morning. That's a MIRACLE turnaround. Great job! They are lifesavers!

I found out 6 days before leaving the country that I needed to renew it as it would expire while I was gone. In a mad flurry I started the process with FastPort Passport and Sam was amazing in guiding me through the process. I had said for 2-3 days return without realizing I had to account for my own shipping of the documents up to NY. She was great at upgrading my application and getting it back to me the Thursday before I left the county! I am ever so grateful! Thank you all so much. I will always recommend you. Our 7 year old daughter's first passport seemed like it would never run out and then a week before a trip out of the country my wife and I realized that it would expire while we were gone. Amazing! I realized last minute that my passport had expired with 6 days left until my trip (2 of them being weekend days and 1 a holiday). Naturally, I was freaking out. Sam walked me through every step of the process and made feel at ease in an obviously very stressful situation. Literally the best customer service I have ever received. Decided on a last minute trip 6 days before leaving. My 2 yr old daughter needed a passport to make this happen. Heard about this company through a family member and decided to give it a try. Obviously skeptical as this was Sunday and our flight leaves 6 days later... By Monday we had the application completed and shipped overnight to fastport passport. By Tuesday I was calling to confirm delivery. By Wednesday I was calling to confirm processing. By Thursday I got a call from their shipping dept to confirm our address. By Friday her passport was in my hand and today, Saturday, we head for the airport. THANK YOU fastport passport! I am 32 weeks pregnant with our second child and will treasure the memories of our last trip as a family of 3 for years to come! I had to get a new passport in my hand within 5 days. Words cannot express how wonderful Sam was in helping me. She went above and beyond helping me with my passport process. She would follow up with me and gave me directions step by step over the phone while I was doing all of the paperwork. How many people give you that type of customer service anymore? I know I had to be frusterating for her but she stayed calm and even got me to calm down. Sam...thank you again for all of your help! By far you have been the nicest and most helpful in the customer service department.
