Samantha F. was fantastic as my customer service representative. She walked me through the process, answered all my questions, clarified details along the way. Eric M. did the processing of my documents and turned them around in a day. An absolutely wonderful experience. I highly recommend this service/company to any traveler that has to renew or obtain a passport in quick fashion. Sincerely, Alex Newcastle

Days before we were supposed to leave, I discovered my passport had expired. Sam at Fastport Passport saved our trip! If you are on a tight schedule, I recommend using the miracle or same day option. I had eight days to work with but chose this option and I was glad I did because two separate storms (one was snow and the other was thunderstorms with torrential rain) knocked the Memphis Fed Ex hub out of operation causing delays beyond anyone's control. I got my passport 3 days before we were supposed to leave despite these circumstances. While I was coming unglued, Sam remained calm and assured me the timing was going to work even with the storms. She was right and I highly recommend her and this company.

Even though my passport did not arrive on time due to a snow storm on the East Coast, I would rate Fast port Passport as an excellent company. Steven was always accessible by email. He helped me make a new plan for place of delivery and my passport was delivered to a friend's house.

Sam helped my husband get his passport in four days. It would have been even quicker if the weather hadn't been so bad. Thank you so much Sam you saved our trip!!!

Sam and Fastport Passport truly saved us from the brink of vacation meltdown. Discovered on a Monday night that our passports were expired before a Thursday departure. Contacted Fastport on Tuesday morning and were directed to Sam for Emergency Expediting. She handled everything efficiently and professionally. Our passports were waiting at our hotel in St. Thomas on Friday. Thanks for saving the trip!

What an exceptional expereince working with the team at Fastport Passport!!! They have made a super stressfull process seem easy and it actually wasnt that hard. I was very nervous about using a company to handle my passport but i did not have any time to go to a regional passport agency. I fedexed my passport to Fastport on Monday and have the passport in hand 2 days later. Very very pleased, customer service was really good..

The team @ FastPort really knows their stuff and was most helpful bailing me out of a huge travel mess. I would recommend them to anyone needing fast and professional service.

Needed a passport to travel to Madrid on very short notice, and Sam F. came to my rescue! In spite of the delays due to weather in NYC the week of January 26, and a Fedex mistake in returning my package to Memphis after it reached NYC, Sam F. had the passport in my hand that Saturday. Not only did I appreciate her expertise and attention to detail in keeping in constant contact with both me and Fedex, but I was truly impressed by her professional attitude, courtesy, patience and good humor. Thank you Sam and Fastport!
