I would highly recommend this service to anyone in need of a very quick and responsive expedited passport. The customer service and responsiveness was outstanding... especially the online chat feature. Domenique was excellent at providing great customer service. Entire process was timely and professional.

When i got the review request I am very happy to recommend the Fastport team on the attention to detail and the sheer fact they actually cared about my situation. I was angry i let my passport expire and actually took out my frustrations on them. Not cool and a reminder to myself to not do this to a service provider. Fast ports team stayed cool calm and collected. I got my passport on time as promised. They held my hand literally through the phone, i would use this service any time any where.

I needed a passport fast for an impromptu work trip. I only had three weeks to apply and was nervous the application would take too long. Fastport Passport saved the day!

My daughter is going to the Bahamas and I was physically sick from trying to figure out how to get her passport in time. Got it in 48 hours! It just arrived this morning, two days before she's leaving. I will never get a passport any other way. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Your customer service agents assured me everything would be fine and they came through!

We were scheduled to leave for Korea on Saturday and I realized on Monday morning that my daughter's passport would expire before we returned. I was in a panic but Sam worked miracles and the passport is here (Fri). That's with my husband sending documents from Korea giving consent to the authorities for the passport. Sam was wonderful and made it happen in record time!!! Thank you to all the team that made it happen!!!

Sam was available to take MULTIPLE calls from me with my concerns and was able to walk me through the processes. I really can't say enough how helpful and calming she was in this stressful situation. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

We invited my son's friend at the last minute to go to Mexico for Spring Break and realized that he did not have a passport (he thought he could use his enhanced license). Sam at Fastport Passport helped so much with her knowledge of the system and literally calmed me down, took the emotion out of it all ~in order to get things done. She literally walked me through each and every step, was thorough and patient to the point that I FULLY understand now how this works! Thank you Sam! I appreciate your professionalism in more ways than you will ever know! I will be able to breathe when he receives it, hopefully tomorrow and look forward to a fun trip! Carin S.
