My guys at work travel all the time and, of course, wait until the last minute to let me know they need extra pages in their passports. With Sam's help, we've been able to obtain the extra pages added to the passports in a 24 hour turnaround! She's the best. You can call with any questions or problems and she has a way to solve them. I really appreciate being able to pick up the phone and call Sam on her direct line and know that she is giving me the correct information and answering any questions I have. She helps me be able to keep up with all my guys travel needs. Sincerely, Gail

My husband and I frequently go to Stratford, Ontario, for the Shakespeare Festival, an easy drive from our home in Michigan. The first trip this year was to begin on 5/12, and on the morning of 5/08 I reminded my husband, age 81, to get his stuff together, including his passport. "Oops", he said shortly thereafter, "it expired in March", adding blithely, "but you can go to Canada with just a driver's license". "NONONO", I said, "those days are over, you NEED a passport." After some searching I found Fastport Passport on line, but, not being the swiftest on the internet, was confused and ready to resign myself to the fact that I could now throw several hundred dollars' worth of theater tickets into the trash. Then I connected with SAM, THE ANGEL, and through many patient phone calls she walked me through the entire process step by step. By 7 pm that day the package was with FedEx, and when I let out the dog today, Tuesday, there was THE PASSPORT. Shortly thereafter, a lady from the US passport office called to confirm that we actually had it. I am really touched by Sam's care and concern. Without her, this trip to the Stratford Festival, which, at our age may well be the last one, would not be taking place. Thank you!

Five days before leaving on a family vacation to Norway and it was a good time to collect all of the passports. Unfortunately, my son's passport was missing and a frantic search turned up zilch. And no one could miss work to spend 1-2 days fumbling around at the Post Office. Enter FastPort PassPort. They made a complicated and stress-filled situation manageable. All we had to do was get a new passport picture, submit passport forms at the Post Office and use Fedex for a first overnight delivery - and we had a new passport in hand in 48 hours. It is not cheap but when you have no options, you want to be sure of the result. Norway was great - thanks to Sam and the team!

Sam & team at fastport are awesome! Had less than a week to renew my passport, while Fedex lost me a day and half due to shipping errors on their part - Fastport pivoted and helped me make my flight and get my passport on time. I would recommend them to anyone - thanks again!

My Grandmother passed away on Sunday, her funeral will be held on Saturday in Canada. I was desperate to be able to go, but I did not have a passport for my eleven-month-old. I called Fastport first thing Monday morning and spoke with Sam. She was professional, detailed, easy to understand and very reassuring. I paid for the miracle 24-hour service, shipped my information via FedEx yesterday and just received confirmation that my daughter's passport has been shipped and will arrive tomorrow morning. I am so grateful for Sam and Fastport's service. I absolutely recommend them, I found the price very fair for the service I received.

I am completely impressed with the service I have received from Sam F The prooof will be in whether or not my passport shows up tonight but so far it is looking good. I am so thankful for the personalized service.

Sam at FASTPORT was amazing from start to finish truly professional and awesome!

I had a great experience with this company. I especially am happy that Miss Sam from Fastport was the one who did my passport. She was incredibly helpful through out the entire process. I recommend Miss Sam if you are need of a passport.
