All i can say is the Fastport Passport team has worked a miracle... I do not know how they accomplish such a stressful task when i could not get an appointment at a Passport Agency for 3 weeks. I found the service online and ordered the 1 business day service. I fedex the passport renewal to them and then got a phone call my photos were not proper. I emailed them new photos as they suggested and they got it professionally developed and sent in with my application. I got the passport this morning without fail i travel this weekend for an experience i have been waiting for my whole life. You guys made my dream come true...

Sam was incredible. My daughter was leaving the country for a summer program and realized she lost her passport. Sam walked me through the process, explained everything clearly and made all the necessary arrangements to receive my application over a holiday weekend to ensure we received our replacement passport back in 1 day. Her follow up was incredible both by phone and email. I would highly, highly recommend Sam and her organization without hesitation!!

Sam was able to handle my needs for an overnight passport, as well as calm me down after finding out I could not board my flight. She guided me through the process easily and pulled through with getting me a new passport almost instantly! I would highly recommend!

The government agent was reluctant to redo my documents and Sam convinced the official to allow me to add more documents to help guarantee that my passport was processed in ONE day! Thanks Sam!
