Wow, I was so impressed with my experience with fastport. For a mere few hundred dollars I was able to get my passport in a week. I even made a mistake on my application and they called to confirm and correct it for me! Also, when I was worried that it wouldn't get to me in time with the service I chose they let me upgrade over the phone in minutes- so easy! It was a breeze to get someone on the phone to talk to- very minimal waiting or holding or talking to a machine. You guys are great- thank you so much!!

5 days before we were leaving for Paris, I was online researching our trip when I came across the fact that international flights to France require that a passport to be valid for at least 6 months upon arrival. I had known that my passport was expiring that year, but it was good for 3 months when we left for our trip. Immediately, I started panicking, but as it was late at night and nothing was open. After spending hours on hold with Passport Agencies to try to schedule an appointment and finding out the closest location was 4+ hours away, I found Fastport Passport online. At first I was cautious despite the good reviews because it sounded too good to be true. Although I was desperate, so I gave it a shot. Immediately after I signed up for the 24 hr service, I was pleased. Sam F. guided me through the process and sent me an email specifying exactly where to send my documents. I sent my information on a Tuesday and they received it Wednesday morning. They processed it Wednesday and I received a brand new passport on Thursday morning. With such amazing service, I had 2 days to relax before my flight. I cannot thank Sam F and her team enough. So worth the money spent!

Our family have been waiting for about a year for our vacation and then 4 days before we leave for Canada when I saw that my 11yr old's passport was expired!!! I really felt like I was going to faint. We went online to see how we could resolve this and that's when we saw the website for Fastport Passport. I am leaving for Ireland tomorrow morning and realized Tuesday night that I didn't know where my passport was. I ordered the 24 hr service and sent in all of my documentation to Sam on Wednesday afternoon. This morning (Friday) I had a brand new passport in my hands! She was extremely helpful and timely with responding to my questions, and I never doubted that she would Get my passport to me on time. If you have the choice use Sam!! She is awesome.

It was Wednesday and I needed my new passport by Saturday to make my Monday flight. I paid the fee online, filled out the Govt. online form and printed it out. I followed the instructions that Fastport Passport had listed and overnighted the items by Fed-Ex that afternoon. They got them on Thursday and Sam called me to verify everything and answered my questions. They got my passport on Friday and sent me a confirming email. They overnighted it and I received my new passport and all the materials I had sent, including my old passport, on Saturday morning. I won't miss my flight to Kenya now and I owe it all to them. Very, very pleased with the service. Yes, it was a lot of money, but to miss the flight and trip would have cost me a lot more than the price of a plane ticket. Great job.
