I have to say honestly, that I was skeptical and afraid to trust this company. So much trust and money was at stake! In the end, I DID trust them and they proved worthy of that trust! I am so glad I did and they are awesome! Just do your footwork and do what they have asked of you and you will have your passport!! Thank you Fastport Passport people!!

I ended up not having to use this service because I had started with another company and they came through. I needed a back up plan and Samantha was excellent and assured me verbally they could get the job done with expediting a passport within 48 hours. Thanks for your great customer service!

We had to expedite a passport renewal for our boss to be able to travel in 4 days. It was a holiday weekend on top of that. Sam F. and her crew made the renewal process easier than imagined. I couldn't believe the help and understanding when we didn't have some of the information correct. Thank you, I have recommended Fastport Passport to some travel agents I know. Great service!

I am writing this recommendation for Sam F. One week before my departure, I failed to realize that my passport was going to expire within 6 months. For overseas travel, the passport expiration date must be well past that time. Despite it being short notice and a holiday weekend, Sam was able to have my passport ready for pickup the morning of my flight. Of course, I had to pay an expedited fee, but I believe it was worth every penny.

Found out I lost my passport at the last minute. Thanks to very clear direction from Sam I was able to get my Passport on time for a very important vacation trip. I contacted Sam on Wednesday and had my passport in hand on Saturday morning.

I was in a tight spot. On a Thursday night I discovered that my passport had expired. I needed to leave the following Tuesday to present to an important client outside the country. Sam and Fasport got me the renewed passport in time. And, while I was in panic mode, they shifted me over to a state of calmness with their confidence, reassuring that all would be delivered as discussed. Thank you Sam and Fastport.

My husband and I are traveling next week, and only a few days ago, I realized I hadn't changed my name on my passport to my married name. I called Fastport in a total tizzy not knowing if I'd be able to get my passport in time, but right away they were able to help with the situation. Alyssa answered all my questions and was patient with me even though I was feeling so panicked. Fastport made everything really simple. It was pricey, but for the peace of mind and knowing I would have my passport in time for my trip, it was worth it! My passport just arrived and I feel so much better knowing I have it, and well before we leave next week. Thank you, Fastport Passport!
