Fastport PassportReviews of fastportpassport.com

I had an excellent experience with Fastport Passport. This is all thanks to SAM!!!!! She was awesome in finalizing my infant's passport in just 24 hrs. Sam was totally honest, and most importantly, for me, very patient and understanding. GOD BLESS HER.

I had a great experience. Sam was my expeditor and she was detailed, responsive via text and phone and email. She answered my repetitive questions calmly and detailed. It can be a stressful situation and I was so reassured by Sam continually. Thank you Fastport and most importantly Sam!!!

I was one week from leaving on vacation and found out I needed six months on my passport to travel. To make matters worse Friday was a holiday. I got on the website, filled out the forms and called and talked to Steven. I overnighted him everything he needed but the US Postal Service did NOT deliver it on time. It was a day late. At this point I thought only divine intervention would make this happen. Steven worked and worked and found a way to get it done, he communicated with me the whole time and kept me calm.. or as calm as I could be given my vacation was about to not happen without him. The morning before I was to leave, here it is on my door step at 7:30 AM! It was a miracle and I am so grateful to Fassport for their great customer service. I"ve never done a review but in this case, they deserve it!! Thanks again for getting me to Mexico with my family!

This was the second time that I used this company. The service was excellent as before. We had very short turn-around time before getting on an overseas trip. With their 24-hour service, my daughter's passport application was sent to them on Monday morning, and I was able to get her renewed passport at 8am Thursday. Sam provided very clear instructions before everything was sent out to them. The transaction was straightforward. They solved our problem in the best way! Thanks!

The passport photos taken at an official passport photo location in my hometown were, rejected, the passport processing department The replacement photo Wes also rejected glasses and a hairband as causes. Sam worked tirelessly to resolve the issue ensuring I received my passport in time.

I am so pleased with this company and how quickly they got my passport to me. I needed a new passport and was afraid I would not receive it in time due to our trip being booked for only 2 weeks away. I overnighted my packet to Fastport Passport and they got my passport back to me in only 5 days. This company is a lifesaver!

I realized my passport was expired on a Thursday. I spoke with Sam who instructed me on what documents I would need and where to get them. I overnightted my documents Late Thursday they processed everything on Friday and sent it back arriving on Saturday morning. I was very nervous throughout the whole process but my advice is to not worry. Sam instructed me all along the way and fastport did everything they said they will. This company is great and 100% legitimate. I recommend to anyone who needs a new passport at the last minute, and once you send it stop worrying they will take care of you. If you are willing to pay a good amount of money fastport will deliver!

I realized less than 2 weeks before I was due to fly out of the country that my passport had expired. You can imagine the sense of dread and panic that came over me. I called three separate offices of the Dept. of State trying to set up an in-person appointment to expedite my passport renewal and all I got was an automated system saying there were no in-person slots available at any office until the day after I was due to fly. I had no idea what to do. So I Googled, and it brought me to Fastport Passport. I did an extensive search of reviews and Better Business ratings to make sure this place was legit because it seemed odd that there was a company that could get this done that fast. Well trust me, they are legit and they are amazing at what they do. Does it cost a lot of money? You bet. But when you have zero alternatives, it is certainly worth a few hundred bucks to have peace of mind that your passport will get done and done on time. I was able to speak with a live person several times during the process to get updates about how the processing of my renewal was coming along. They put my mind at ease. My passport arrived exactly when they said it would. I received it an incredible 9 days after I had first realized that my original one had expired (and if you need it faster than that, they can do that too). Call it an expensive lesson learned about checking my passport months in advance of any future trips I take. I would recommend Fastport Passport to anyone who finds his- or herself in a similar, unfortunate situation as I did. They were great.
