Fastport PassportReviews of fastportpassport.com

Sam provided excellent service and got our passport renewed and in our hands in less than 48 hours after our initial contact! They received our old passport in the morning, magically obtained a new passport, and shipped it out the same day! We had an experienced, well-traveled missionary heading out to Cambodia with a first-time missionary. However, the veteran did not realize her passport expired less than six months from her entry date, which meant NO ENTRY! The new missionary was facing a trip alone to a foreign country with no previous experience...or cancel the entire trip! The only U.S. Passport Agency that had appointments left was 7 hours away, so we looked for help online...and found it in Fastport Passport. Sam F. clearly and quickly explained all the requirements and her emails had all the details to complete the submission. Sam F. even emailed a scan of the finished passport so we could apply for a visa the day before the passport actually arrived. We would use Fastport Passport again in a heartbeat...because that's how fast it takes!

In all seriousness, I was not completely sold when I first visited this company's website. However, looks can be deceiving in the best way! Everyone nowadays are always uncertain about what we could find on the internet and whether or not the offers on it are trustworthy. My family was in a desperate situation to travel due to a family member's critical condition and we seemed to have all of our ducks in a row the week before traveling. Despite thinking so, I discovered that my husband's passport already expired four months prior and the post office would take a minimum of three weeks to create a passport, even with the expedited service. So our family decided to take a chance and went with the company. Even with my impatient demands and constant phone calls, Sam was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process and we received the passport just in time for our trip! It really does sound too good to be true, but in all honesty, Sam is amazing at her job!

I called Sam on A Sunday in a panic that I needed my passport by Monday afternoon. She called me back and walked me through each step I needed to take to get it done- I was able to get on a plane with my family on Tuesday morning! Thank you Sam. I highly recommend this service.

I thought we were going to have to cancel our vacation and then I heard about Sam and Fastport Passport. We started the process on Sunday and had the new passport in our hands by Wednesday for a trip on Thursday. Sam was great and walked us through the whole thing even though it was Sunday. Thanks to Sam we'll be enjoying the Bahamas tomorrow.

I was extremely impressed by the helpfulness, assistance and assurance that our passport would be expedited in a matter of days. Sam gave us all the information we needed and explained the procedures necessary to obtain our passport. She provided templates and samples to follow for letters and applications. She did this with care and a calming demeanor. If you need a passport expedited, my advice is to let Sam help.

I had my passport renewal turned around in 3 business days. Considering how hard that would be to do without help, the cost of the service was a good value. Sam got clear instructions and recommendations to me in a timely fashion and got the job done on time.

Heading to Ireland on our dream vacation on 7/26 and on 7/1 realized one of us had misplaced their passport. We contacted Fastport Passport and are happy to say that we received our passport just in time! We are so excited. Special thanks to Sam for all her help (and patience with me who was a very nervous and possibly annoying customer) and to Alyssa for her help as well. I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone who ever has an issue! Thank you again! So Much!

Sam was absolutely phenomenal! It's Sat night 7/18 at 11pm CT and I realize that my 7 year old son's passport has expired in May and we leave in 6 days for a long planned vacation to Mexico! Talk about moment of complete panic...how do I tell my wife and three boys that we may not be able to go to Mexico next Saturday for our summer vacation?? I get online and start doing research and the closest Passport Agency within driving distance is in Arkansas 7.5 hours away. Then I find Fastport Passport and get connected with Sam on Sunday. We talk on the phone and correspond via email. Today (Wed at 9:45am) we had our son's passport in hand!! Amazing turnaround and worth every penny of the fee!! Thank you Sam!! You just gained a loyal customer for life!! RS Leawood, KS
