I realized late on a Wednesday that I couldn't find my passport for a trip I was taking on Monday. (And government offices are closed on weekends). I reached Sam on Thursday afternoon and she calmly and patiently helped me gather everything I needed to be overnighted Thursday, processed on Friday and shipped back to me on a Saturday. It was down to the wire and just in time! I never would have thought such a quick turnaround on something like this would be possible, but it was! Amazing!!!

I found fastport through a Google search and I am glad I did. Theit process for expediting a passport was extremely user friendly and they delivered on my expected results. I sent them my required information on the Friday before labor day and they had my passport back to me by Thursday of the following week. 4 business day turn around time from Alaska to New York.
