I just recently used this service to obtain an expedited passport. They exceeded my expectations. They were so helpful. They have a friendly , knowledgeable staff. Received my passport in record time. I would recommend fastport passport to family and friends.

My experience with this company was outstanding. Well worth the money. Samantha made herself available for every phone call regardless of the time (they really mean it when they say 24 hour on call) and answered every question professionally and expertly. She coached me through exactly what to say to the Acceptance Agent and I found us to be much better prepared at the passport office than any of the other applicants who were waiting with us. When we delivered the sealed application to Eric, he went out of his way to make sure everything was in order before letting us go. Throughout every step of this process, Sam and Eric were patient, reassuring and cordial. They helped to alleviate our anxiety - sorely needed considering the situation we were in - traveling to Europe in 72 hours and realizing the passport was expired. Five enthusiastic stars. Keep up the good work!

Quite simply the best service experience I can recall. Same old story: Idiot forgets to renew passport, idiot puts family on plane to Mexico. Idiot finds Sam F. at Fastport Passport and Sam F. saves idiot's bacon within 48 hours. Idiot salvages 1/2 of a vacation. Thank you Sam. Hope to not talk again in 10 years..!

At the airport headed to Jamaica for vacation with my wife and son. Oops, my passport had expired. Waving goodbye to my 3 year old son was the most depressing event I've ever experienced. One chance to join them three days later and her name is Sam F. Jackpot....new passport arrived 48 hours later. Sam walked me through the entire process taking all calls as I floundered through the necessary steps. Great service and a reasonable price. Thank you Sam.

I can't believe Sam and Eric were able to pull it off. At the very last minute, I realized my passport had expired by a couple of weeks. (Always check before booking) They very calmly and professionally helped me through the process of renewing, all by the next business day! I was skeptical because I didn't even know such a service existed. They were fabulous! Not only were they very professional, but, also calming and compassionate. I would recommend them to anyone finding his/herself in a passport bind. Thank you Sam and Eric for taking a nightmare and making it okay again.

Samantha with Fastport Passport came through for us in the most difficult time. My mother’s sister passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday. While preparing for an emergency trip to Russia, we discovered that mom’s passport was expired. I frantically started to research a way to expedite the passport renewal. After reading a number of reviews, I decided to go with Fastport Passport. The process was very simple, and easy to follow. After signing up for the 24hour emergency service we received an email from Samantha with step by step directions specific to the 24 hour turnaround. Still uncertain, I decided to call Samantha directly with couple of questions. From the first second of the conversation I knew we were in good hands. Samantha was composed, knowledgeable, and absolutely professional. She answered all of my questions, and provided me with everything I needed to make sure mom received her passport in time for her flight. Samantha received the paperwork Thursday 8am. By noon, the renewed passport was in the mail back to us. THAT’S SERVICE!!! Mom is getting ready for her trip as I write this. There a many aspects of this trip that lay heavy on her mind. An expired passport is no longer one of them. We have Samantha to thank for that. Denis
