One week ago, I discovered that my husband needed to renew his passport prior to our Dec 17 trip. Fastport's online instructions were easy to follow and Dominque held my hand through the process via email. Tomorrow, we will get the new passport and the trip is on? Thanks to Fastport for excellent service.

Even though I had to get a refund due to the cancellation of my trip, Madeline was great in helping me though out the whole thing. She assured me there was nothing to worry about and made the whole process quick and easy. She's awesome! I will definitely spread the word about this company and will use it next time I'm in need of a quick passport!

When I realized that my passport was expired less than three weeks before my trip, I was stressed. I researched my options and put my trust in Fastport Passport. I never had to pick up a phone. All of my questions were promptly answered via live chat or e-mail. The instructions on what documents were required were clear and easy to follow. My passport arrived 6 days earlier than originally expected when I placed my order. They eased my stressful situation with a stress-free process. Thank you!
