I have a flight scheduled this Saturday (Dec 26th) and it wasn't until Wednesday of last week that I looked at my passport and realized it expires in April, and current passport law requires you to have a 6 month window before expiration for international travel to most locations. I rushed to overnight everything to Fastport - it arrived on 12/19 (Thursday), and I'd paid for a two business day expedited service. On Tuesday (12/22) my passport was sent back to me via Fedex and I had it in my hands the next day. I was sincerely worried with the upcoming Christmas holiday and restricted hours that I wouldn't be able to fix my situation. I also was able to get a very accurate status every time I checked, and each support agent was professional and courteous with me. Thank you so much for the rushed service, and for getting my passport back to me in time!

My experience at Fastport Passport was absolutely phenomenal. I was greeted by a very energetic, friendly and most importantly, knowledgeable staff. Essentially they did everything for me; walked me through the paperwork, executed a file search and they DELIVERED on their promise...I had my new passport in 3 days. I was supposed to fly to New Zealand on Thursday at 6pm out of Tampa with an overnight stop in LA. I realized on Monday night my passport was going to run out while I was away. I contacted Sam on Tuesday and sent all the paperwork and photos via Fed Ex at 4pm that day. Her courier contacted her at noon on Wednesday to tell her the passport office refused my photo because they couldn't see the color of my eyes. I had another photo taken that afternoon and emailed it to the courier. On Thursday he took it to the passport office and it was accepted but I was now on a flight to LA. Sam had the passport flown via Southwest Cargo to LA to arrive at 10:30 pm. There was a storm on the east coast and the cargo flight to Denver was delayed. I arrived in LA at 11:30 and was told to return at 4am. My flight out of LA was leaving at 6:30am. BUT at 4am all my paper work and the passport were in my hands. What a stressful week! But Sam talked me through it and went over and above what I could ever have imagined!! Thank you for everything!! P. S. My husband was more stressed out than I was and ended up with shingles on Friday afternoon. We had a spectacular trip to New Zealand and even had a 10 hour layover in Honolulu on the way home!Thanks again,Sam!!

It sounds like a scam I know, a passport in less than 72 hours. Yet here I am in the airport waiting to get on the plain home. I lost my passport and Sam got me a new one within 2 days. This is a legit service. Sam was there every step of the way. Cannot recommend highly enough. Talk about a Christmas miracle.

We had a misfortune of finding that my elderly mom's passport expired on the day of her flight! You can imagine the stress it put on her, and her family... Fastport Passport especially Sam was so awesome- she was polite, efficient and made the process easy, smooth.
