Fastport PassportReviews of fastportpassport.com

Excellent Service. Very helpful walkthrough documents that are easy to use, specific directions on exactly what to send. Passport arrived quickly despite potential COVID delays.

A very timely delivery in an urgent situation. Could never have gotten my passport without the professional ans courteous assistance I received

I'm impressed. I was traveling within 14 days abroad. I was desperate when I realized my passport had expired. It was pricey, but not more than a round trip plane ticket and overnight stay in the only city the US government could set up an appointment for me in my timeframe. Although Fastport Passport couldn't guarantee I'd have it in time - it was a QUICK turnaround, with Thanksgiving falling in the middle of it - I took a deep breath and decided to go with them. I got my passport 9 days after the day I sent it out via Fedex. The communication was always clear and it seems like they work through the night to make things happen. Yes. I'm impressed. Very impressed. (And, breathing much easier now! THANK YOU!)

They came through! I was skeptical but desperate to get my passport renewed within 5 weeks before a trip to Mexico. Yes, so much money for the two-week guarantee, but they are legit. I did need to call to talk to a human to get the process rolling after the online submission part. She was so nice and helpful. They text you every step of the process once you deliver the application to FedEx, which was also comforting.

Delivered as promised. What a great experience. Thank you

Realized passports were expired 3 weeks prior to the trip departure and did some panicked research to find options. Did some research and found Fastport Passport and started the process. I will tell you to be patient if you start the process on a weekend - it seemed like the upload didn’t get through and we didn’t make any headway until Monday. The customer service line goes to an auto attendant which wasn’t very helpful but when we spoke to someone on Monday, our process started to move along. Paid for the 2 week turn and had the passport renewal in hand 8 days from the day we sent off the paperwork. Text emails throughout the process were reassuring as well. If you’re absent minded like us and book an international trip with expired passports, don’t fret and use Fastport Passport to get your renewals in time. Thanks for saving our trip!

Excellent service. They keep you informed at every step. So happy to have my passport. I highly recommend this company.

About two weeks before my trip to Mexico, I checked my passport and realized it was expired. I panicked and started looking on the internet for a way to renew it quickly. After seeing FedEx's fastest turnaround time was 4-6 weeks, I found Fastport Passport. I signed up, paid $850 and prayed that it was legit. It was! I signed up online (a Saturday night) and called on Monday to check the status. They emailed me the documents I needed to sign and return (along with my expired passport) and I sent them back via FedEx on Monday. By the following Monday, I had my new, renewed passport in hand! Honestly, I was skeptical but had no other option but to trust these guys and I am very very thankful to them for their hard work on my matter. If you find yourself in my situation, these guys are a great option. Thanks.
