Fastport PassportReviews of fastportpassport.com

I cannot thank Sam enough for saving my vacation. Her kindness and professionalism was stellar! She is a gem I thanked her so much for helping me and kept telling her that if I saw her I'd give her the biggest hug ever! I have told all my friends about Fastport Passport and about the care Sam provided me even when I seemed to be a nagging pest she never wavered from being nice and understanding. I received my passport in 24 hours as promised and I was able to join my friends for the last leg of my vacation! Again a HUGHES THANK YOU GOES TO SAM!!!!

Thank you for an excellent customer service experience. My passport had more issues than originally thought. My refund was processed very quickly. I will use this service in the future if the need arises.

I looked around for an expediting service and was a little worried about sending my and my fiancé's passports to an unknown company. These guys are awesome! They did better than expected and I had our passports back in half the time promised. You can't go wrong with them. We dealt with Roxanne who was very pleasant and responsive. Pay the fee--it is worth it.

Last month, Fastport Passport saved me. I was traveling internationally and hadn't gotten my passport yet. Worse, my family was coming with me and they didn't have theirs either. With one week before our scheduled flight, I contacted Fastport Passport and was connected with Sam. Sam was SO WONDERFUL. She basically held my hand and walked me through the process step by step. When I submitted the paperwork, Sam made sure that I knew what the next steps were and what was needed from me if something was to get hung up. She watched the whole process for us and then, voila! our passports showed up on my doorstep via Fedex, 2 days later. I was so blown away and I'm still blown away today... and I'm completely grateful to Sam and the Fastport Passport company. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

We were four days away from our trip to Rome, Venice, and Florence when we noticed that my fiancé's passport was valid, but would be under the 3 month expiration period from our return date! After some research on the internet, I discovered Fastport Passport, and luckily came into contact with Sam F. and she calmly walked us through the process, and we were able to get my fiancé's passport renewed in a 3 day period! Our trip to Italy was saved, and we would like to Thank Sam F. as well as Eric for their efficient and excellent service! We will recommend Fastport Passport to anyone that needs expedient, efficient and friendly service. Thanks again, Sam! You were a life saver! Best regards, Jack B.

Costly, but a very professional and guaranteed to get the job done company. My passport was here no later than they said it would be. Cassie and Sam was very professional . Cassie began the process with much patience and profiency. Sam F handled the ending process. My only issue was the cost but to sometimes in life you have to pay for such great service. Lila D.

Getting an expedited passport can be harrowing but Sam at FastPassport was patient with my anxieties and was professional with her attention to my passport order.

I was 10 days out from my Cancun trip and realized my passport was expired. Googled a bunch of similar services and found Fastport to have real reviews. I kept in touch everyday with the staff and they were knowledgeable and reassuring. I got everything within 7 days after shipping my paperwork. They saved my vacation! I couldn't be happier. Thanks again Fastport Passport!
