I worked with Madeleine on getting my lost AND expired passport renewed for a last minute business trip and she was absolutely wonderful - I received my passport in 2 days with zero issues. I was initially hesitant to use an expedited passport service, however, Madeleine stayed in close contact with me through every step and made the entire process as stress-free as possible. I needed to start a new job overseas, but I realized my passport had no more pages left for a visa, neccessitating a new passport as per new Department of State regulations. Special props to Carrie for being so patient with me and making sure that I would get my passport on time. I was very stressed and even forgot to include my photo in my passport application, thereby losing a day, but she calmly told me what to do and I still got my application submitted in time. My passport arrived the day before my flight and I got to start my new job on time. I highly recommend Fastport, especially if you need your passport right away. They will make it happen.

So, It's 7 days before I'm scheduled to leave for a wedding in Paris and I realize my three year old threw away my passport. I don't think I have to describe the intense paranoia that ensued. After a frantic search for a passport company that could help me, I settled on Fastport because of their A+ BBB rating and high web reviews. I called in a panic and reached Carrie N. I am not kidding when I say I probably called her 8 times in one day, 3 times another day, then emailed during all of that!!! She never lost her patience! She even returned my email after her shift had ended! She was kind and and provided DETAILED steps that lead me to receiving my passport within 4 days! Some other companies charged extra for the personal concierge service, not Fastport. I'm going to Paris!!!

I ordered an international driving permit from Fastport Passport this past Monday. The process seemed simple and it really was. I sent in my documentation and literally the end of the day i was sent an email my permit was completed and being sent back to my office for Tuesday morning delivery. I travel international alot and i will be recommending Fastports services to my network.

I realized very late in the game that I would need to renew my passport for travel into Canada. It makes perfect sense, but the last time I travelled into Canada (years ago) there was no such need! I threw my lot in with Fastpassport- in Particular with Sam F. to allow my trip to be successful. The whole thing WAS COMPLICATED!!! Nevertheless, every step of the way, I was given clear instructions what I needed to do. The most difficult part for me was waiting for the whole process to take place.
