I HIGHLY recommend fastport. They were able to obtain our passport in 24 hours without any glitches. They were very responsive and extremely professional! The application process is clear and concise. The BEST option!

2 days before we were to drive to Peace River, AB Canada, I had an early morning revelation to check all our "punch list" once more. To my dismay, I discovered my son's passport had expired in August and we had 2,900 miles to drive with 5 days to accomplish it; those were the plans..... I got online at 3:30 am and began my search. Luck changed for me two-fold; 1) I used Fastport Passport and 2) Carrie N got our assignment. In almost exactly 2 days from purchasing their service, we were able to pick up my son's new passport at a FedEx office in route to our destination. It could not have gone any better.

Such a life saving service! I lost my passport in a house fire and didn't realize it until 4 days before my vacation. Steven Fox walked me through the process and made everything very simple and easy....I got my passport with a day to spare!

My daughter realized she lost her passport 1 week before she had to go out of the country. We were panicked. We worked with Madeleine. She emailed us all the paperwork we needed. Followed up with us the next day. Verified with us she got our package and called us when she sent the passport off. We started working with FastPort on a Tuesday afternoon and had our passport delivered back to us that Friday! Great service and follow-thru and Madeleine went above and beyond.

I dealt with Joanne C and when I arrived on Monday I didn't have all documentation needed. She was extremely helpful pointing me in all the write directions. Everything was effortless and I had my passport on hand by Thursday ! I definitely recommend their services

My son had to renew his passport quickly, and therefore we chose Fastport Passport. We had never used a passport courier service before, the company had good ratings and reviews. Well - a HUGE thank you!! to Fastport Passport for their customer service and expedited services! We chose 2-day express service, followed directions exactly as were emailed to us from Fastport Passport, and my son received his passport in time! (we had begun our process of filling out the paperwork the week before, sent all paperwork Thurs. via fed ex to Fastport Passport to receive on Fri) and my son received his passport on Wed. after. Thank you to Carrie and Madeline! Highly recommend Fastport Passport if your passport is needed quickly - well worth it!!
