I'm glad I got my passport from Fastport. They gave me personalized service that kept me from missing my hastily planned trip to Europe. My only criticism is with the way the instructions are worded on their website. It wasn't crystal clear to me all that I needed to do to get the processing started. Several steps are required and in my hurried state I misunderstood what I had to do on my end. But I called their toll-free phone number and spoke to them directly. They were extremely helpful and got me my passport in record time. I am very pleased that I chose them and would gladly do so again.

I really enjoy working with the team at Fastport Passport. I've had to use their passport services multiple times and they always get the job done. I trust the work they do and have no problem recommending them to anyone that needs a Passport or Visa. To all who read this, Travel safe!

I'm a pilot and cannot take the time to wait for my passport to be renewed for more than a few days. In order for me to renew my passport I had to expedite the service. It's a great service and I understand there is a premium on getting the passport rushed through but the cost of the service and shipping in my opinion was too high. Maybe you can offer a discount to pilots who don't have the luxury of waiting for weeks for their passports. I know if it was reasonable there would be the majority of the pilots use your service because of the simplicity of the service. Thanks
