Dominique is the greatest passport expedition specialist in the entire world. She literally changed my life with her attentiveness, diligence, and relentless follow up skills. If I had a time machine, I would go back in time just to have my passport renewal expedited again, because I enjoyed it so much.

Fastport delivered just like they said they would. I wish I could hire Carrie because she was the most helpful person I've ever dealt with. She treated me like I was family and made sure I received my passport on time.

Panic, dismay, why didn't I check earlier?? This was going through my head when I realized our passports were about to expire and we were departing for a cruise in 10 days. Looked at reviews and Fastport Passport won me over. I called and Madeleine H calmly reassured me not to worry that they would handle it and get our passports back with time to spare. Checklist was easy to follow. Used the 5-7 day with expedited Fed Ex, they got it on Tuesday, we got our passports on Monday! Thanks to Madeleine for her expertise, and Dominque for online chat promptness.

I had a great experience with the staff at Fastport Passport. My application was damaged in shipping, no fault of this vendor. Several of their employees stepped in and helped resolve the issue quickly, and still met the original deadline. Great team to work with!
