These guys are amazing. If you're in a bind and need your passport right away because you procrastinated until the last minute to get it done, Fastport Passport is your company. They received my information Tuesday morning and I received my passport Friday morning. Definitely recommended if you're in an emergency and need travel documents ASAP.

I think my Girls name was Roxy and if not I apologize ( I was a little panicked ) I went on a Tuesday from Long island to Brooklyn with my paper work , I needed my passport by Saturday . I was a nervous wreck since my passport was just GONE . She handled it well , took my paper work and a picture , sent me to another place to get documented and went back to her where she gave me a fed ex number . My passport arrived exactly as promised Friday Morning at 10:30 .. Thank you So much for your prompt service , So worth the extra expense for peace of mind

I work in video production and often often get booked on late notice for travel. On one occasion I got called for a gig to the Caribbean a week away, but totally lost my passport! Fastport Passport handled it with ease and I had my passport in just days!

Fedex just literally dropped of my passport. It is surreal i was stressed in this situation last week and i can now relax i can go on vacation tomorrow. I must say they walked me through the entire process and the instructions. For an older person i was a bit intimidated but everyone was patient with me. I did have an issue with my photo but they explained to me what i needed to do to correct the issue without having a delayed passport.

Domenique helped me with my passport renewal and she was quick with answering any questions I had. I paid for a 2 day renewal because I was unsure of the holiday processing times and I didn't want to risk not having my passport back in time. She saw that I did not need it this quick and assured me that with the 3 day, I would have it in time for my flight. They refunded me the difference; this shows how extremely honest this company is! My passport came right on the day she said it would. Thanks FastPort!

This is the first time I have used this company and their service was far beyond my expectations. In particular because of the service provided to me by Dominique. She was responsive, preemptive, thorough AND all the time, very pleasant and understanding. Thank you Dominique !! I am not a person that goes out of his way to comment on companies. However, this time, I wanted to tell Fastport they have an employee they should take good care of and do all they can to keep. Nicely done.....

Madeleine was an absolute lifesaver. She bent over backwards for me when she didn't necessarily have too. I am BEYOND amazed by this companies customer service. I called her in complete panic on a Monday and my trip was that upcoming Thursday. She held my hand through the entire process and went out of her way to make me feel better. I got my passport back Wednesday morning just in time for my flight. I highly recommend this company to anyone.
