Fastport PassportReviews of fastportpassport.com

This company is amazing! From the day I submitted my application, Domenique G helped me so much. She explained at least five times of what forms were needed and the whole process. She assured me that I would be good to go for my trip but I still had some doubts. I received my passport right in time for my trip and I am very happy with this company. Thank you DOMENIQUE!!!! YOU ROCK!!!!!

Complicated story i wont bore anyone with the stress i was under to secure a passport and Russian visa literally within 1 week. My passport did not have 6 months of validity and needed this to travel and get the visa on time. It felt a bit like mission impossible but i spoke with the Fastport team and they walked me through the process in about 20 minutes. I did have a bunch of questions but the instructions did answer most of them. I prepared the documents and off to Fedex i went. They did send me a label to ship in my application. I only had to make one phone call to calm my nerves to find out the passport was renewed and the visa was now in process. I have just received the passport this morning with the visa. Very relieved, Very Happy!

Domenique walked us through the procedure of getting our passports renewed right away. She kept in touch, answered all of our questions immediately, and we are now ready to go!

I had two weeks notice that I was to be in Sydney Australia for work. I immediately began stressing as my passport had expired. With a quick search I found the extremely reputable Fastport Passport company. They were able to assist me with expediting my passport in four business days from application to passport in hand. Within hours of submitting my application I had an email and a call from a very helpful representative. Couldn't be happier to have worked with this company. Please consider them for any assistance you require with renewing or replacing a passport.

I had a family emergency and needed to get my passport renewed ASAP to travel to Brasil. I filled out my request and within minutes Madeleine called me to walk me through the process and calming answered my questions. She explained and emailed step by step process and told me to call her if I needed anything. I was so impressed and grateful to have help from an experienced company when I was just desperate to get to my family and not thinking clearly. Thank you for your help!

I was asked to go on a unique, invitation only adventure to explore private islands in the Bahamas. Plans were made, a private charter was booked. Nine days before the trip I realized my passport was expired. On 1/3/17 I contacted Fastport Passport and Steven personally assured I would be in the Bahamas as planned. That evening I followed the steps on the website, which was very clear and easy to navigate. Everything was filled out, overnight shipping label printed, and photo taken (using the passport photo creator app) all from the comfort of my home. The morning of 1/4/17 all documents were shipped. I received my passport on 1/10/17 and the morning of 1/12/17 I WAS IN THE BAHAMAS!!! A once in a lifetime experience. Thank you to everyone at Fastport Passport.

I thought we were out on our trip with no refund but I was wrong. Fastport got me four passports in one week. Easy to deal with and results as promised.

Just got my passport in the mail today... I'm so happy I picked Fastport I did read many reviews and spoke with an agent there making me feel comfortable about the process.
