Fastport Passport is great! No need to panic if your passport has expired or expires soon. Send your documents to them and it will be taken care of. And Carrie N. was amazing! She was so helpful and really went above and beyond for us! I will definitely recommend Fastport Passport to anyone!

In today's economy its so impressive to work with a company that can deliver on their brand promise. Fastport Passport went above and beyond to get me a passport within two days. I was sceptical about using any online passport expediting company as there are many mixed reviews. Fastport had the best online reputation and an A+ ranking with the BBB. I placed my order online which was fairly simple. A few minutes later i received a call to make sure i understood the passport instructional checklist. So far so good. I sent in my renewal application. I was then yet again called as i did not include my travel plans. I emailed over the plans and then the next phone call i got 48 hours later was my passport renewal was complete and it was being FedEx back to me with the tracking number. Im very happy this is done i will recommend the service to my business team and my friends.

We absolutely panicked when we realized my husband's passport had expired days before our international trip. Fastport got us a passport faster than any other service and Sam F. was the best. Available to us every second, diligent and clear, and available into the night with any questions. We got our passport faster than we had even hoped.

This company is legit!!! I made the mistake of planning a quick trip to Canada thinking I didn't need a passport for my 11-month old son. The service I received from Julie and Domenique was incredibly helpful and reassuring. They answered all of my questions and contacted me right away to make sure I would get everything done correctly and on time. You can tell they are very experienced and truly care about helping you get your passport! It's not a cheap ordeal, but the service was incredible and I'd highly recommend them to anyone who might find themselves in a similar situation. I'm very thankful we are able to visit our family in Canada thanks to Fastport Passport!

I was expecting to receive my passport on Monday, however, it did not show. When I contacted Fastport Passport, they said it would arrive the next day. Unfortunately, it did not and it was after hours when I realized it hadn't arrived. I emailed and phoned Dominique and she was awesome. She responded immediately to my email and reassured me I would have it this morning. Along with this she sent the Fed Ex tracking information. And thankfully, it arrived this morning in time for my trip. I was fearful yesterday until Dominique responded after hours and let me know everything was okay.
