I was amazed how fast they were able to turn around a Passport for me. Unfortunately, I was missing one piece of information when I submitted the envelope to complete the expedited process, but I received a phone call from them first thing in the morning, was able to get the info needed, and had my Passport in my hands 48 hours later.

Greetings everyone, My experience with Fastport is that they certainly exceeded my expectations! I currently live in Medellin, Colombia and I only had about 1 page remaining in my US passport which would have resulted in me not beingable to reenter the country. I took a short trip to the US which was only 8 days (5 business days M-F) and I needed quick solution. After filling out all the necessary documents etc,I overnighted everything and to my pleasant surprise my new passport was delivered on Thursday, around 830am, Federal Express to my doorstep. I feel very relived with not having to worry anymore about this pressing issue. I was shocked to find out that my passport had expired three months ago ang we only a few weeks to go. This is hands down a fantastic company! My first experience with this service has been a fantastic experience. I mistakenly did not have the required documentation to expedite my passport, but didn't realize this until after I paid for the service and started the process. I accessed the help page and began a chat. Within 10 minutes my full refund was back in my bank account! And the agent provided instructions on how I should proceed to still get my passport. What great service!! It is refreshing to experience a company who understands its' own business and human beings. Very, very highly recommend.

Amazing service! I realized less than 2 weeks before my trip that my passport was going to expire in less than 6 months. Since I live in the middle of the country, my travel agent said I would need to travel to a city with an acceptance facility which was at least an 8 hour drive or an expensive flight. I discovered Fastport Passport online, which had excellent reviews. I submitted my order for 2-3 business day turn around and sent the appropriate paperwork on a Friday for Monday delivery. Fastport Passport saved my trip, a vacation for which I had long planned and saved. I did not realize until I went to board my plane to France that my passport needed to not expire until three months after my return...and mine was due to expire two months after I returned. I was distraught and need to get an expedited passport and Domenique came to the rescue. She assisted me and was very patient with my questions, very thorough and clear with her instructions and explanations, and every time during the process that I contacted her she was very quick to call or write back, which was enormously comforting. I live in Kansas City, MO, and there is no near passport processing facility so I filled out the paperwork, gathered the necessary materials (neither too complicated) and shipped them overnight on a Monday afternoon. My passport arrived at my house Wednesday morning and I was on a plane that afternoon. I cannot thank Domenique and her team enough!
