I found out my son's passport expired on Friday. My trip was 4 days later. I was thinking what should I do. Do I need a cancel? Or go. But I could not do anything on the weekend. When I finished Sunday Service, I was looking for some agency to help get a passport. The Internet gave me a lot of opinions, then finally I reached this company. The customer reviews were 5 stars ✨ , and also a BB mark! So I just applied, then the next morning I already got an E-mail at 6:00 am in CA. I called them, and they comfirmed me to get my son a passport on Thursday morning ! I started preparing all the documents, and sent them out before 5:00 pm via FedEx. I tracked my FedEx #, the day of the night time, TN, next morning in there! Then I kept the e-mails with them. And on Wednesday, I already knew that they sent it, and today: the day of my trip, 8:30am I got it! Now I am at LAX! So amazing 😉 I thank you for all your effort! Also I thank you God to guide me to this company!

I realized 3 days (in the middle of the night) before a trip to Italy that my passport had expired. I contacted Fastport the first thing in the morning, and was so happy to speak to a person and not a machine. Lindsey was extremely helpful; guiding me through the paperwork process and then kept me updated until the time the FedEx driver handed me the package with my new passport (3 hours before I left for the airport). She was extremely professional but also sensitive to my anxiety and worry. The time frames were so tight that I started looking at my alternatives for travel - I was so relieved that i did not have to incur additional expense to join the travel group..I can not say enough good things about this company and their ability to perform. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with this company! I was worried I wouldn't get my passport AND visa in time but they delivered on both. Steven helped me through the process and what I liked the most was Steven and his team answered all of my questions in a way I could understand. Definitely worth the price & thanks again!

I just got my passport renewed with Fastport Passport and I must say I could not believe how smoothly and quickly it all went. I got all the advice and assistance I needed in a prompt and courteous manner and received my new passport sooner than I could have imagined. Kudos!

Realized my 13 year old sons passport expired in January. I see this a week before leaving with his uncle for a fishing trip to Canada. PANIC!!! This company is amazing! I was stressed getting my ducks in a row, but their instructions were very clear and always available by phone when I called for assistance. Have passport in hand 2 days before he leaves. I paid extra for the 2 day processing in case I needed time to fix anything. I didnt even know this service was available and would recommend hands down. Thank you!! I needed a passport (any) within 10 days, and I used this service. I paid for everyone on Monday, did paperwork that I had to on Tuesday, overnighted it for them to have on Wednesday, and got the e-mail stating that the passport would be delivered Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). They answered the questions as I had them. I am leaving this Thursday and I am have all my paperwork handled!

Our visas have been processed on time. This worked out great for a last minute decision. They were very informative about the service and assured us we would have it on time.

For a guy with a busy lifestyle this was the best choice working with Fastport. Lindsey helped me with a new passport within 1 week. I think i should of chose a faster option but they actually delivered a day ahead of schedule.
