I was so worried as I read many mixed reviews and also worried about whether or not reviews were written by actual clients. The Fastport staff were easily accessible and always responded to my questions within a reasonable timeframe. Received email updates at each step so that was reassuring as well. I paid too much initially and received the credit back to my card within one week. The cost is a little hefty and applying via the traditional route might have worked but I wanted to opt for a service that could provide me with a turn around date. So thankful for the great service, now ready to pack for my trip! :)

My wife and I needed to renew passports which were going to expire in March 2022. We started the process on Feb 26. My wife received her new passport on March 11. My photo was rejected because there was a fold in it so I had to get a new photo but still received my passport on March 19. There was a link to use to follow the status of my renewal.
