Madeleine and crew were amazing! Working for a Chinese company and needing a passport after expiration fast -- they came through as promised and let me know of the progress every step of the way. We will no doubt have this issue arise again I will direct new hires and other to Fastport Passport. Strongly recommended!

Our employee was in need of a first-time, expedited passport. Sam proved extremely professional, attentive and reliable, providing us with play-by-play updates on our application. She guided us through to our successful end, and even followed-up after the passport was in hand! We would not hesitate to use Fastport in the future.

What a great experience. The folks at fastport are just the nicest people and truly have your best interests in mind. Whole family received passports on time and as hoped through this quality service. Highly reccommend.

Received the passport on time this morning for an evening trip. We followed all the procedures for the online instructional checklist and with a few phone calls we are very happy with the outcome. This is an service that cares about their customers. They do charge fees on top of the government but there was no way the post office could guarantee the passport on time.

I had Madeline H as my point-of-contact for this entire process. She was so kind and helpful. She was able to provide me all of the paperwork I needed and explained everything extremely well. She was also available to call while I was at the post office getting my passport application set up. I received my passport ahead of time and I felt that the costs associated with the expediting services were worth it. I was lucky to have such an awesome person to work with, I would highly recommend using Fastport! All of the other 3rd party expediting agencies had horrible reviews besides this one, and I am happy I chose them! ** Also, I live in AK where it is very difficult to obtain a passport this quickly. Madeline gave me the guidance to where the fastest facilities were to get everything I needed taken care of.

Wow this company is awesome!!! Don't believe the negative reviews - if you follow the instructions you will get your passport back on time. I worked with Madeleine who was AMAZING. I am getting married and needed an expedited passport before my honeymoon due to an error on my current passport. She was awesome and helped me get it back before I expected! Thank you so so much for saving my honeymoon!
