I wish I could give Fastport Passport more than 5 stars, I just got back from the most amazing vacations and it's all because of Julie! Here's the story - Unfortunately, I had let my passport expire about two years ago. So, when my friends started talking about going on a last minute trip for New Years I was really stressing out because I didn't think I'd be able to go with less than a month to figure out my passport situation. Still, I started looking everywhere to try and figure out a way to make this happen and that's when I reached out to Fastport Passport. Within 24 hours Julie was on the phone with me, sharing stories and letting me know that everything would be okay as well as walking me through the process on how to get this done. After we got off the call, Julie sent me a follow up email with step by step directions on what I'd need to collect, submit, and send to her. She also sent a prepaid overnight shipping label to help expedite the process even more. After I collected everything, I let Julie know that I just dropped it in the mail so she could work with her team to make sure everything would be ready as soon as it was received. My mind was blown with how quickly she turned it around - I sent it in on a Tuesday, and had my passport in hand on the following Monday. Thank you so much Fastport Passport (and especially Julie) for helping me pull this trip together! It was so much fun and it couldn't have happened without you!!

This was a very easy service to use and the staff were very personable and knowledgeable. The email option was easy to use.

Madeleine H helped me get my passport within a week for a last minute trip, even though my picture and itinerary that I sent weren't within the guidelines and rejected at first. Madeleine called me from her personal phone after she was off work (when I missed her other calls from her office), and talked me through how to get the correct documentation. She responded through text within minutes and knew the specifications she would need in order for my passport to be processed the next day. I was frazzled, but Madeleine was a pro and helped explain things multiple times to me, and reassured me that she thought it would mailed to me on time. The next day, she sent me a text and e-mail to let me know my passport had been processed and was on it's way. I got my passport in the mail the following afternoon! Not to mention I needed it between Christmas and New Years! She truly went above and beyond to get me my passport, and I am so lucky she worked even when she wasn't "on the clock." Now I get to go to my brother's wedding in Columbia!

This service is amazing!!! Madeline had me in and out of the office within 10 minutes and my passport showed up the exact day that she promised. She made me feel like a priority and I feel as though was invested in making sure I got my passport in time not because it’s her job, but because she truly cared! She gave me her cell number so I was able to contact her with ease and despite being that I needed my passport during the craziness of the holidays, it showed up right on time the day after Christmas. Madeline and Fastport Passport are a dream come true!

Madeleine is absolutely amazing! I needed to get my passport quickly for an upcoming trip, so I paid for the expedited service. Well the Monday before I was scheduled to leave, I received an email stating that the picture I submitted couldn't be used. I freaked out and called immediately. I was sooooo worried about missing my trip. Madeleine actually gave me her cell number and had me take several pictures so she could print them out and try those instead of the one I had originally sent in. i sent her about 20 and she said they would work and she would keep me posted. I have never been treated with such importance when dealing with something like this. I will definitely recommend your services to anyone who EVER asks me! My trip was amazing and it wouldn't have been possible without Madeleine's help!

Great customer service and great timing . My order went in on Monday 10:30am and I recieved my new passport Friday morning around 8:30am that same week . I purchased 3-4 day shipping so they met the deadline by a long shot ! Even with processing and all that good government stuff they still managed to come through . When you need your passport expedited, it is usually a high pressure, stressful situation. The folks at this agency were polite, detail oriented and delivered as promised.10/10 i would use them again. Just one little think. In my personal opinion office needs to be updated
