Fantastic service. I needed my passport in a hurry and was certainly anxious about sending off all my documents in the mail BUT these guys delivered! Great, very professional communication throughout the whole process. They even got my passport back to me sooner than expected. Highly recommended!!

I was so scared to use a courier company instead of the traditional post office/ acceptance facility. I was already cutting it close on time and knew the traditional route would potentially leave me without a passport and missing my trip. Fastport did every single thing they said they would do, had the most professional customer service and I got my passport with time to spare. Thank you to Madeline and the Fastport team, you are the best!!!

Thank you for the great feedback! We will be sure to share this with our team and Madeleine. We know the process can be stressful so we love to hear when we ease that worry and get the passport well in time for the upcoming trip.

I highly recommend FastPort Passport! The customer service was amazing, thanks to Madeleine at x115. It took only 6 days to receive my passport. She walked me through the whole process and made it so easy! If they had 6 stars to give I would!!

Great experience with this company. I had a flight coming up for my family of 5 and my 3 kids needed their first passports. Waited a little too long so had to go through an expeditor. I picked these guys based on positive reviews and wasn't disappointed. From the first time I called in they were extremely professional and helpful. I spoke with Carrie, who helped me get my application together, and updated me at each stage of the process. She remembered the details of my situation, was sending me update texts, etc. Totally on top of it. Certainly not cheap, but worth it for the peace of mind in an otherwise stressful situation.

Fastport Passport provided excellent service. They helped me get my new passport ahead of schedule. After completing the online form (which is very simple), I was contacted by Madeleine who was my personal, direct contact throughout the process. She answered any questions I had and kept me informed through every step of the process. I highly recommend this service.

Great service. I used them twice in 3 years to get an urgent passport and both times they were impeccable. Sam (Samantha) was extremely helpful in guiding me through the whole application process and was always available on email and phone. I would highly recommend their service. Toni
