OMG....Madeleine was amazing. From the onset of the panic when I realized my passport had expired 5 days before I was to leave for Spring Break, to the beautiful moment the Fed Ex guy delivered my passport, my time with her was extraordinary. She went over the necessary paperwork via phone and then sent me a recap via email. I had my paperwork Fed ex'ed by Monday at 3 and received my passport on Thursday morning for my 7 AM flight on Friday. She checked in several times over the 2 day process via email and phone. I couldn't be happier with my experience and the customer service that I received. Thank you Madeleine.

My daughter was planning a trip and we realized her passport had expired. When I called and explained my situation, I was told it would be tight but no guarantees. Then Carrie called me personally. She told me exactly how to fill out the form and to include items to be on the safe side. She even emailed to confirm our mailing address. We were really nervous and I had my doubts about it arriving. My daughter's flight was at noon. At 8am we opened the door to find the new passport and all documents returned. Carrie is nothing short of amazing.

A week ago today I was in a panic having discovered that my passport had expired and I was supposed to leave the country in just over a week. Carrie was such a pleasure to work with. I was pleasantly surprised to have contact with a knowledgable staffer as I was really under the gun to get my passport for a last minute trip. Carrie worked with me to make sure that everything on their end went smoothly even though we had a bit of delay in the shipping due to FedEx but Fastport Passport got me my passport on Tuesday morning and I left on Tuesday afternoon!
