Fastport PassportReviews of fastportpassport.com

I was very scared to use this service at first but I am so happy I went with you. Nick D.; Roxanne and Jocey are AMAZING!!! I was rejected 3 times for my passport and these girls went above and beyond to help me out. They were very honest, patient and persistent with the agency to help me get what I needed. I will forever be grateful for the customer service they provided me and helping me get my passport to make a dream come true. I cannot thank them enough for how they treated me. THANK YOU!!!! :) Cheryl M.

Excellent service. I had zero leeway in when I needed my passport by. Whether phone or email all of my questions were answered promptly and completely. Helpful and friendly representatives made what can be a stressful experience run smoothly.

I overnighted my expedited passport application package and within just a hour after they received it, I got a confirmation and a personal email from a customer service rep. She was extremely helpful and contacted me with updates. She answered my phone call promptly as well. It was really refreshing to know that a real person was working on my passport so that I could receive it before my travel of such short notice! Thanks again, and I will recommend this company to anyone who needs an expedited passport. Erika

Dream do come true When your dream is tied to getting your passport quickly, your stress level can go through the roof. By contacting Fastport Passport, we were able to get our passports and now we are on to a great adventure. The representatives were so helpful and took my worries away. Thank you

Carrie at Fastport Passport provided great service and helped me get my passport in 3 days. Had a work trip to Canada and forgot to check my passport until 5 days before leaving. It was expired and I need urgent help. Carrie walked me through the process, helped me double check things, and after fed ex my application to fastport passport on Monday I had a new passport in my hand on Thursday morning in California. Amazing!

Had a trip planned for overseas and a few days before departure realized my passport had expired. I contacted Fastport Passport and talked with Madeleine, she not only provided excellent service but relieved my stress by walking me through the process and easing my mind that everything would be fine and I would be able to renew my passport in time for my trip. She kept me informed throughout the couple days with e-mails about the progress. The company provides amazing service, but this could not be achieved without caring, knowledgeable, kind, experienced, and courteous folks like Madeleine. Thank you for everything, now off to the airport.

We booked a cruise to Alaska and paid the fees upfront, which I might add were substantial to say the least. We made all the arrangements and then like an idiot Instead of doing it first I went to the safe deposit box and got our passports. We'll, much to my dismay I noticed that they had expired. I called our cruise agent as was told that the cruise line required a passport. Sheesh! I immediately got online and found Fastport Passport. I phoned and in the calmest of manner Maddie took my call and immediately assured me that they could get my wife and I our passports with time to spare. She was spot on in her comment and four days later, we live in SC, our passports showed up and now we're about to be on the "high seas"!!! Maddie with her calm demeanor, cheerful personality and most important SUPERB professionalism and knowledge saved the day. Maddie sets the standards of what customer service should be all about and should be retained by Fastport Passport at all cost. Commend her because she makes your company the most desirable..... Thanks Maddie, Barry & Betty Spencer

Maddie did not only provide OUTSTANDING service but she is the sweetest. I have worked with her twice already and each time she came through with the passport being on time and really helped me understand the process. She is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL and always such a pleasure to talk too! She makes this antsy experience definitely more tranquil! THANK YOU MADDIE!
