It was a great experience working with Madeleine H.of Fastport Passport. I needed to get my passport for an upcoming trip to Canada in a pinch and found their services. It did not go so smoothly as i would hope, though that was on my part and the Passport agency not theirs; I sent a written DS-11 and not a printed one the first time I sent in everything else and then the US-DOS had a problem with The letter of Authorization I'd sent. Madeleine H.helped every step of the way and was very response, when the problem with the Letter of Authorization occurred she notified me about it and even paid the shipping for the documents to be sent. I will most certainly be using their services again when the time arises. Thank you Madeleine!!!

I didn’t realize my passport was expired and needed help in the worst way! Carrie N and Maddie H took the bull by the horns and made this the easiest process ever. My stress level was high when I started the passport process, because 1. My husband passed unexpectedly 2. I had to move from the rented home because the landlord preferred a family. 3. All of my personal papers were boxed up and put in storage. 4. I thought my passport was with me at a new location. The passport journey began. WOW. I honestly cannot express how amazing each and every single one of the employees at Fastport Passport was. There are only a few things more stressful than having to expedite a passport to make a business trip, and they did it with such ease. I never waited for a representative to pick up the phone, they all knew the process like the back of their hand, and they were confident that they would get the passport to me even after the USPS mixed up a few documents. When I had to overnight the package to make sure it was on time, the representative emailed me ASAP with a free overnight shipping label. I cannot sing enough praise. I was shocked with how professional, efficient, and informative everyone was. I must have spoken with about 10 different people, all of which had the same wonderful demeanor. Great experience from beginning to end. It is obviously a stressful situation when you find yourself in need of this service, and the folks at Fastport made me fell comfortable and that things were under control, while at the same time stressing the importance of getting things done on my end correctly so that an error or omission did not cause a delay. They sent a great checklist and were happy to walk me through it when I had questions. I highly recommend their service, and also recommend that you listen carefully to the instructions and timelines they give you. Roger
