Thank God for Carrie N! She helped us through a very stressful situation in replacing an expired passport. We received the renewed passport quicker than expected. Not only that, she walked us through the process with extra helpful instructions. Hopefully I won't need to expedite a passport again, but if so - this is the place!

Many of my colleagues questioned my choice to use this service but, as I’d used them before with excellent results I chose to try again... and thank god I did. When my plans changed, fastport accommodated them and manages to do what seemed to be the impossible. Their customer service (Madeleine h. I owe you!!!) is outstanding and worth every penny.
