Fastport PassportReviews of fastportpassport.com

Madeleine H from Fastport Passport was very professional and very responsive. She kindly provided me with the full range of different options available to me and shared all the information I needed in order for me to make the most informed decision possible.

Fast Passport was excellent, kept me informed putting my mind at rest and renewed my passport quickly and efficiently. Well Done. I would recommend you without reservation Ian Caddie MS. Orlando Florida.

Honestly nicest most helpful people I’ve ever dealt with and very very quick about getting my passport to me I 100% recommend them

My spouse astutely noted that although we had travel reservations to the UAE in 2 weeks, her passport would expire in less than six months and the airlines would not allow us to board. So I went online and read reviews on the various passport agencies. Fastport had the better reviews, and now I know why! They were exceptional at every turn, even when the US Passport Agency denied our first shot at photos. We had frequent emails and phone calls to follow up and we received our passport renewal four days ahead of the deadline. Great work from Carrie and Nick at Fastport Passport.

Super impressed with the level of service! I was going on vacation and realized the week before that my passport was expiring on the date of my return. I was worried I would have to cancel my trip but thanks to Madeleine and Fastport Passport my vacation was saved! Madeleine walked me through all the steps and even reviewed my scanned documents before I mailed them out. They were fed-exed on a Monday and I had my Passport by Thursday morning. The communication was excellent and I would highly recommend using Fastport Passport if you need to get your passport in a hurry! Exceptional Customer Service which is very hard to find these days! Thank you!

Madeleine helped us through the entire process. Wow, there are no words to describe how much help she was and what a pleasure it was working with her! Fastport is definitely the way to go if you’re in a crunch to get your passport! Very thankful for such an amazing company!!!

Great big thanks to Madeleine, Carrie, and everyone there at Fastport Passport. You were all so very helpful and extremely professional throughout the entire application process. I find it astounding that I had my passport just 3 days! after you received my application. Wow!! is all I can say. Thank you again. Sincerely, Brian Kaufman

The experience I had with Fastport Passport was simply amazing. The entire staff, especially Madeleine, were beyond helpful. I have never received such compassionate business service. Madeleine offered her cell number for after hours, emailed me well past business hours, and did everything to make sure I received my passport for an emergency travel situation. I am forever grateful. I felt such personal care. I have joked that I want to lose my passport again just to have another positive customer service experience!
