Excellent company they offered me a great service last year when i needed my visa would highly recommend them

Update: Fastport Passport made things right and refunded our payment. Old Review: We used Fastport Passport and purchased an expedited passport for my daughter (who had lost her passport). Upon finding the passport we cancelled the Fastport Passport service. Let me be clear, they preformed no services for us . . . we sent nothing . . . they did nothing! Apparently we did not cancel fast enough and have to eat the entire $259. So we paid $259 for nothing.

I am smiling today as Sam followed thru on the promise to get my passport to me on time, cutting it close, but it happened. Thank you Sam for your personal attention as I realize how busy it must be for you. You made it happen and today I smile

Oh My God! I emailed them my documents at 10am, Gerrald remained on the phone with me the whole time. 3 days later, I had my legal document! They were very clear about not wanting to accept my money due to the fact DHL was delivering late, I took a risk but it turned out well. These people are amazing! Gerrald, the you are a phenomenal worker!

I applied for passports for my husband and I for a trip to Mexico for my graduation trip. We scheduled to leave on a redeye the night I was graduating and we applied 3 weeks in advance. Everything that could possibly go wrong did! The passport agency shut down multiple times for bad weather, memorial day, system overload etc... we had some bad luck! STEVEN worked so hard to still make it happen and I received my passports this morning... the day of my graduation ... and we leave tonight for Mexico!!! Thanks for making it happen Steven!!!
