Fastport PassportReviews of fastportpassport.com

This is an amazing service. Specifically, Madeleine is always extremely accommodating, always has a smile you can hear through the phone and quick to support my company at any time and any day. I deal in Deployed contracts and it is imperitive to have quick and accurate services at times. Thank you to all of you, especially Madeleine, at Fastport Passport.

Two weeks prior to a trip to Canada I realized my passport was going to expire the day before we left. Obviously, this was super stressful, but luckily there was Fastport Passport. They do need a few items mailed to them (the most time consuming part was getting the pictures printed) but they have easy and clear instructions for what they need. Once I put everything in the mail, they turned it all around in just a few business days. I was able to get my passport with multiple days to spare before my trip - huge weight off my shoulders!

Fastport Passport managed getting my replacement passport excellently. I called them many times with questions, which were answered quickly and accurately. They never minded and were friendly. With the government shutdown, I was very afraid I may have to cancel my once-in-a-lifetime trip. Fastport came through, calming my fears and getting the passport delivered in time for my trip. Many thanks to Carrie, Nick, Madeleine, and Angie(?). I would highly recommend their service to anyone. As one can see, I got to know their names. My passport came at a perfect time. Well done, Fastport, and THANK YOU!

Madeleine H made contact with myself right away. We had our passport within 2 days and she stayed in contact during the process. Great, convenient service. I would use them again and again. Thanks for making our trip with our family happen!

The service I received was worth every penny! Madeline was amazing! I so stressed and she calmed me at put me at ease. She genuinely cared and delivered on the company promises! If anybody is ever in bind, I would 100% recommend this company!

This company is worth the money. If you’re in a pinch and need your passport ASAP, look no further! Seriously. Madeleine was beyond wonderful and I felt as if I had a friend with connections looking out for me. Everything was so seamless and I felt comfortable leaving it up to them to get me my passport speedily. I would 100% recommend this company to everyone.

Thank you Carrie for your hardwork and effficiency! Great service!! The team members at Passport are simply Amazing!!!!

This company deserves all the 5 star reviews !! When we found out that we needed a service like this one I will be honest and say we doubted and were skeptical that they could guarantee exactly what they said they could. We took the chance and they truly delivered exactly what is advertised on their website. Bonus that with the staff and communication throughout the process. Madeleine was professional, polite, helpful and honest regarding the time frame and how to proceed to make sure that we were satisfied customers. I wish more companies could follow the same honest and ethical commitment to their customers.
