I used Fastport Passport to get my passport quickly for a trip to Barbados. Carrie N was the associate that assisted me. She was friendly and very professional. She guided me through every step of the process. I received my passport the day before my trip. I was very pleased with the service...F Brown

Had to get our 5yr old's passport renewed asap before flying out to Europe. Despite our initial reservations we decided to go with Fastport Passport, they did not disappoint. We had the new passport for a minor in 2 business days (not including FedEx transit times) as promised. Wow, definitely recommending them to friends and family. Thank you!

Had to get my expired passport in a little under two weeks and used your services Alice was my case manager and answered all my questions and concerns quickly and accurately! I will definitely recommend this service.

This agency is a life-saver, and their amazing customer care and personal attention surpassed what I could have hoped for— and, to be honest, I have rather high expectations! All my documents were stolen right before I’m about to leave the country, and getting a new passport (with the old one now stolen!) could have been the MOST stressful process— but at every turn, they were helpful and reassuring. In particular, their customer service provider, Carrie, guided me through the process and gave excellent, clear advice. She was efficient and thoughtful, as was Alice, and the fact that I know these women by name pretty much tells you all you need to know: real people on the other end of the phone to offer real assistance. Couldn’t be happier with my experience! Thank you!
