FastpensReviews of fastpens.com

We are very pleased with our purchase from Fastpens! They arrived in a very timely manner and we love the way the turned out. Thank you. We will definitely be ordering from Fastpens in the future!

Shipped fast and look great.

I'm so happy with my pens and the expeditious delivery. My clients are so excited about receiving their pens.

Easy to work with

Order did not arrive in time Order was placed with enough time to receive it before the date needed, but it came 2 days late and so we were unable to use the pens for our event. In addition I never received any communication from fastpens about the delay, or shipping information once they were sent. I had to call someone to request this information and I feel that should have been sent to me proactively.

I tried calling customer service but was on hold so long had to finally hang up! Wish you had a number we can call at “Fast Pens” and speak direct.

It took me way too long to find a company that didn’t have a 200+ pen requirement for custom orders. I was so excited when I found out I could order just one of anything! I wanted 5 individual pens but each with a different saying for a friends birthday. They also shipped and arrived quickly-about a week from order date. The quality of the pen itself is good, I’m picky about the types of pens I use and these are up there in my opinion. The custom wording is perfect-the letters are smooth and clear cut, nice size and spacing. I’m super impressed with every bit of my order!

The custom pens I ordered came fast (like the name says) and came out great. The only thing I would recommend is for you to send out an email when you ship orders. I wasn’t sure when they would arrive.
