The only reason I didn't give a five-star rating is because of the problems I had with placing my order on the website. However, I gave four stars because of the thoughtful customer service provided by Fernanda and Nidia when we finally connected via email and phone. I just received my order and it's exactly what I expected. Thank you, ladies!

Great looking pen in all aspects. Came out exactly as I designed it. As for writability, I'm giving it 4 stars because for a $9+ pen, it should write much smoother. It has gaps in the ink when it writes.

The ease of the website is 5 stars. The quick turn around time and on time delivery is 5 stars. My only complaint is the size of the logo on the pen is really small and hard to read.

Wish the logo was larger. Difficult to make our. Didn’t think I could increase the size, but maybe I could have? Unclear.
